We review the datasheet before quoting: range, accuracy, output signal, hazardous-area classification and process connection. We return a quotation that matches it, and note any deviation before the award.
We place the order with the original manufacturer, to the instrument’s full specification, through the group’s agency network, and follow production through to the notice of readiness. The instrument arrives with the test and calibration certificate, hazardous-area certificates where required, and the export documents.
The buyer receives the instrument set to the ordered range, with its manual and certificates in one file, and we sign the receiving report together. After receipt we remain the order’s point of reference for periodic recalibration and spares.
