We identify the part by its number, the instrument model or its serial number. We check the gas type, range and sensor shelf life before quoting, because some cells have a limited life from the date of manufacture, and we state this in the quotation.

We place the order with the original manufacturer through the group’s agency network and stipulate a recent production date in the purchase order. The part arrives with the test certificate, the calibration certificate for sensors and the export documents.

The buyer receives the part in its original packaging, with shelf-life data and replacement instructions, and we sign the receiving report together. After receipt we remain the order’s point of reference for cell replacement dates and routine spares.
