What we supply

Five supply lines, to the buyer's specification with the manufacturer's documents.

We read the specification in full, order each line from its manufacturer and follow it through to the receiving report with its certificates complete.

  1. Piping, fittings and flanges

    Seamless pipe, elbows, tees, reducers and flanges; in the material, size and grade the specification sets, with an EN 10204 3.1 mill certificate per heat number.

    • Seamless pipe in carbon, alloy and stainless steel
    • 45° and 90° elbows, equal and reducing tees
    • Concentric and eccentric reducers

  2. Valves and actuator spares

    Control, safety and relief valves, their spares and the spares for their actuators; from the original manufacturer, against the part number or the nameplate.

    • Control valves with pneumatic or electric actuators
    • Safety and pressure-relief valves
    • Trim sets: seats, plugs and stems

  3. Measurement and control instrumentation

    Transmitters, gauges, indicators and regulators; from the original manufacturer to the datasheet, with test and calibration certificates.

    • Pressure, differential-pressure and level transmitters
    • Flow meters and flow indicators
    • Thermocouples, resistance thermometers and temperature transmitters

  4. Analyser and gas-detection spares

    Spares for field gas analysers, such as H2S analysers, and for gas-detection systems; against the part number, from the original manufacturer with a recent production date.

    • H2S and toxic-gas cells and sensors
    • Flammable-gas sensors
    • Filters, dryers and sample-conditioning units

  5. Mechanical seals and rotating-equipment spares

    Mechanical seals and spares for pumps, compressors and rotating equipment; against the part number or the manufacturer's drawing, with a material certificate.

    • Single and double cartridge mechanical seals
    • Seal faces, O-rings and repair kits
    • Bearings, bearing housings and oil seals

Where we source

We order the material from its manufacturers in Korea, Japan, Europe and the United States through the group's agency network; where the contract requires it, we arrange third-party inspection at origin by a body such as SGS.

  • The manufacturer's certificate for every item, including EN 10204 3.1 per heat number for piping, fittings and flanges
  • A third-party inspection report at origin where the contract requires it
  • A certificate of origin legalised by the Iraqi embassy in the country of manufacture
  • Packing list, bill of lading and commercial invoice
